Some clean out jobs require more work than others, and this job was one of those jobs. A hoarding situation that had gone on for about thirty years needed resolving quick, so that the homeowner could sell and go into a Veterans home. We called around for multiple quotes and nothing we got was under ten grand, most were between twenty and thirty. A friend who had used BD Tractor And Trash recommended them and we gave Brian Derby a call. He hauled out multiple loads, at such a low cost we were shocked, amazed,and grateful. As fast as we could fill a trailer, he was here to haul it and empty it. Without his work, at the greatly reduced cost, we would not have been able to accomplish getting a Veteran into a safe and clean home. He is a wonderful example of what a neighbor and a neighborhood business should be.
